All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out

All orders can take up to 5-10 business days to be received. Business days are Monday-Friday and do NOT include weekends (Sat/Sun)

****IF YOU CHOOSE 1-2 DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING, KEEP IN MIND THAT IT WONT BE SHIPPED UNTIL ORDER IS DONE PROCESSING and can take up to 5 days to receive the order.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a total of two emails. A confirmation email once order is placed and when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Designs by Diamond, LLC is NOT responsible for any LOST or STOLEN packages once you receive your active tracking information.
